Agua Dulce was a haven for PCT hikers. We got that feeling right from when we arrived at the Post Office/Grocery Store with its welcome sign.

Now we see why the small post offices don't want hikers to mail their packages early.

These 4 shelves were dedicated to PCT hiker boxes - Serve-Your-Self.

When we walked in the grocery clerk recognized us as PCT hikers and called for "our ride".

We were delivered to Donna's house. First thing we were shown the shower. And the stacks of clothes.

Donna was doing our laundry while we were lounging about in clothes borrowed from her. No wonder she was dubbed "Saint Donna of the Laundry".

Ever seen so many white ankles?

Of the 8 hikers in the picture and picture taker, only 5 of us finished the PCT. I would have guessed 8 of the 9 would finish.

After Agua Dulce it was back into the dry mountains north of Los Angeles.

We had the Mohave desert (below us) to look forward to tomorrow. It will be even hotter and drier.

Here we are in the desert with no water available for the next 13 miles and the Los Angeles Aqua duct crosses over the California Aqua duct.

We hiked on or near the Los Angeles Aqua Duct for the next 13 miles.
