A major challenge on
the ICT is the lack of resupply opportunities. We will be traveling through
large wilderness areas. Any towns we find will be so small the services will
be limited. We drove to northern Idaho last year to scout the towns we would
be passing near and to see what was available there. That still leaves the
Frank Church and Selway Wildernesses. We will use backcountry outfitters to
hold our resupply boxes in these large wilderness areas.
